Thanks for your thoughts and input. Skill sawing them out of plywood would be a lot easier and better labor wise but cost and shipping wise Im not sure that WOOD be the way to go.I'm thinking I will try to supply the wings for the same price or slightly under what as the competitions price is for their standard frames. Right now their retail price is $680.00 and I have been offering my product well under that price. I can only do that because I am keeping my overhead to a minimum. We are lean mean seat making machine except for fat Bob.
