Under edit, after review of the links I believe the lower link to the guy in Indiana isn't "valid" any longer, the gent has taken ill and no longer makes the parts.
My buddy Mark has been in contact with them I believe and we were disappointed by the news as it looked like a well thought out beginning for Mark.
