You probably need to find a shop with a surface grinder rather then a lathe. My guess - it will cost more then a new flywheel though - ~$60 bucks new for a 1990 Astro Van (a guess on the car/year) and from Rock AutoDave W
I am now gone from this forum for now - finally have pulled the plug
