nope.. on a '51-'52 ( '50 should be same ) there cooled by the coolant.. there is a sort of tank that the lower rad hose runs in and out of. coolant flows around the capsul of transmission fluid inside

I called my trans shop Buddy but he did'nt think it used 3 lines,he was thinking it is probally a pressure test port. I did find this sight that has a bunch of exploded veiws.
