Yeah, what I was thinking but the Bowties site shows a 'desired' 150-160 pan temp...that seems low to me but they are the guys paying for warranty work and it might be an ideal as in no one really gets that temp.
Everything else I read says what you quote as good numbers.
I'm in Wickenburg btw, is that what you get in the summer for temp op numbers?
