Rare - but not too unique. Cast iron is a definite Super T-10, probably a 2:42 low gear and used in big block Fords. These guys have a lot of rebuild parts - http://www.drivetrain.com/parts_cata...rhaul_kit.html
You should be able to recover your core plus with the right buyer.
