When I was 16 I built my first T350 in my grandmas 77 truck. The first gear clutchs were completly gone, so it did not have a first gear. The truck started out in second gear and then shifted into drive. When driving it, I thought it might be a powerglide until I took it apart and saw the first gear package had no clutches in it.
