I just realized that the thread SDLuck responded to with the above purchase info was from 2009, almost 6 years ago and we now have a half dozen responses to the old question. I'd venture a guess that JackF either found a shifter, or got his home built unit going some time back, but perhaps not....

Yeah, but it was kinda nice seeing ITYS (Don) handle pop up! That's where the date became apparent for me.

Don is still well and is now in the process of building a fun type T Bodied Altered for Nostalgia racing. I think he plans to spend a bit more then $3000.00 on it though and it is to his high standard of construction.
