Repair th350, fool away a clip??

Hello!

I have changed the sealing to the shift gear axle (change-axel seal?) on my own build HotRod.

I have a Camaro V8 engine with th350 autotransmission.

After changing seal I discovered that the gearbox didn´t work at all...

Again removing the oilpan and this is what I found:
