    Ford AOD trans. 3.8L and 351w the same?

     



    Hello. I am looking for a core Ford AOD trans that will bolt to a 351. I found one that that came out of a 1989 thunderbird w/a 3.8L V6. Will it bolt to my 351w?

    Nope. 300 and 240 six, 302, and 351 are the same.
