The tranny code and the plate code correspond, if not, you are asking for trouble. They are both different numbers/codes, however, if you buy a manuel, you can see which plate belongs to which tranny. Good luck!Objects in my rear view mirror are a good thing unless,.... they have red and blue lights flashing.
