700r4 shifter
the 700r4 shifter is about 1 inch longer on the back flange. i cut it off an added to the back bracket mine works just fine. the detents for the shifter are in the transmission so i can still shift 1,2,3,4. i have done it. also the drive shaft is about 1 to 1 1/2 inches shorter and the trans mount is located farther back.jonathan
