    need help

     



    hello
    well im new got a350 that leaking out the frount seal
    put new seal still leaking
    2nd new still leaking it does not leak untill 5 miles down road
    ckecked lines,new filter could it be torque converter
    thanks for any help

    Question 350th help

     



    thanks
    it in a 86 chev s10 had to cut floor board out to change.
    changes out strong good hard shifts
    you said babbit to copper
    new at pumps.please explane

    ... Iwould also have a good look at the tq converter... I had similar symptom with leak after a few miles usually on a 1-2 shift with load. Turned out the torque converter snout was slightly cracked...

    Just a thought,

    never changed pump in 350 .changed in small ford.
    started to check pump cover to see if pressure valve.
    took bolts out but could not get cover off .i havechiltons automatic trans
    guide but dont really show that much.
    this d n thing is really got my goat.
