Thanks for the input. It's hard/impossible to know if the bolt is permanently attached to the reverse piece or if it's a removable stud. An easy out would be difficult as there's no room to work. I don't want to risk trying to turn it with pliers as I'd ruin the remaining threads. Hmmmmm. I've never done any welding but suppose I could take it in someplace that does that kind of work.
