    THM400 pumps rarely go out. It is very rare. Does the whine happen while in motion or at any time when the thing is in gear? feed us some more info please. There are a few things to dive into that could cause the whine.
    What if the "Hokey Pokey" is what it's really all about?

    the whine is always there even in park but when i am moving and i let of the gas it is real bad
