With a reman clutch, they will (should) replace the pressure plate springs, resurface that now very hard heat affected surface and clean it up. The disc has new lining rivited on it and may have the springs replaced. This is fine for grampa's car. A hard driven or performance vehicle, it is bound to fail - at least my history speaking.
