    Question Powerglide vs TH350

My car weighs 2200lbs, and currently has a TH350. I'm getting 530BHP out of the motor, and running high tens. Will running a glide run a lot quicker in the car, and if so, what mods do I need to do to it to get it to live when I mod the motor to give another 150BHP?

I doubt going from 3 gears to 2 gears would help the car much... A well built 350 should do fine in a 2200 pound car, with the extra gear you would be able to get lower in your first gear ratio and have second to fill in the gap that is lacking in the low to high shift glides... JMO
