I bought a 518 (46RH) transmission today which came out of 1995 dodge pickup which had a 5.9/360 cu in motor in it. I am wondering if a 361 and a 360 have the same block or not. I need a tranny that will bolt up to a 413 c.i. Does anyone know if this is doable? I don't want to pull the tranny just to find out it isn't. Tomorrow I will drive around to tranny shops till I find a 727 and then I will see if the bolt patterns are the same.
