Well here's the deal...The Elky has a bad lean in the right rear. I mean bad, so I figured it was the original springs. since the bed bounce like a trampoline when shook by hand. So I jacked it up to get a visual on how it would sit. when I let it back down it was level. Hmmm? So I jack it back up and what do I see, the R. Rear spring is snapped in 2 pieces!!! No wonder it leans. Everything else seems kosher as far as I can see. But I have no clue ehat would cause a coil spring to snap like that. However, it was pretty old from what I can tell. Got me a new pair coming. I'll be putting them in on either Subday or Monday. Later Club Hot Rod....
