I want to chage over from my 350 tranny to a Tremec TK0500 5 speed in my chevy truck. Right now I have my brake comiing through the floor board and really don't have alot a leg room so I was thinking of going with a clutch and brake pedel through the firewall saving me some leg room. Since I have never done this switch before, I was wondering what kind of job I'm in for.. I'm sure I can get a bell housing to fit my SBC and the tranny mounts can either be made or bought. Anyone ever done this changover before?
