On the pedals, maybe a set of hanging pedals mounted to the firewall??? Wilwood and other companies have them. You might also want to consider a hydraulic clutch, makes the installation a lot easier than clutch linkage.

personally I wouldn't put a 200r4 in anything, it came behind the small motors. a good built 700r4 is ok,
