My 67 chevy pick up was involed in a accident . The drive saft was pulled out of the 400 auto transmission in the accident. My question is, Is their a way to check the transmissin to see if somthing was damage If there no ovus danage? Thanks, John

As long as it was pulling the shaft out of the trans. and not jamming it in I wouldn't be afraid of it, check the tail housing close for cracks.
