    Yes the THM400 will bolt up to the 400 with no problem. You may need 2 things for the trany 1 the THM400 used a electronic kick down for the trany and ther are kits out ther for this. 2 the speedo may be electronic so you will have to covert to mechanical your local trany shop can help you with all this stuff. The flywheel you got is it from a 90 350? if it is you will have to ge a flywhell for the 400 both motors are balanced externaly but differant and the flywheels are not iterchangeable. good luck Dave
