    Unhappy Trans. question...

I have a 69 Buick Wildcat with the 430 engine. The engine is shot, so my question is there any other GM motor that will bolt up to the 430 transmission??

If your going to replace the motor, you might want to have a good look at your tranny first. And henry is right, Buick-Olds-Pontiac. BOP for short. Makes it easier to find trannies that way

'65 - '77 (approximately) BOP engines will work.

    Oldsmobile 400, 403, 425, 455 . Pontiac 389, 400, 421, 455.
