Thats just it...
Does the Total Performance kits have a VIN? Or do I have to go to the DMV to get one assigned to the car... If I have to go thru the DMV for a VIN assignment, Does it have to be registered as a 2006 composite making it get slammed with all sorts of modern vehicle requirements (like emmisions compliance for example)? I researched this a bit and it seems that Total Performance dances around this topic...
