Spindle is kind of a misleading term. What you get is the whole steering knuckle. The upper end of the "spindle" bolts to the upper ball joint. The lower end of the spindle bolts to the lower ball joint.
That's the long answer.
The short answer is yes, they're a bolt in, as long as they're made for your car/suspension.Jack
