Rebuilding an 84 camaro, stock V8 chassis with 190k on it.

Upgrading the whole car and it seems to sit low compared to others i have seen. I don't have the history on mine so i have no idea what POs might have done to it.

Since i have the front suspension apart for new everything (poly bushings, struts, upgrades sway bar, etc) I was thinking of new springs - a book i got on Camaro upgrades says 'springs don't wear out' - i don't believe it.

I know there are specs somewhere (i have the factory manual - a portuguese phone book is easier to read ) so i could check, but was wondering what the folks here might think/know about such things as sag.
