    49 olds 88

I have a 1949 olds 88 fastback 2 door, 120" WB. It has a 74 nova subframe. I want it to set real low with out air bags.
Any ideas/ should I keep the set up as is or try a frame swap?

I'm open at this point to all suggestions.

You could channel the body over the frame ??

Common parts: dropped spindles and shorter wound coils with shocks to match, should give you about 3" drop and not kill ride quality. Any Chev oriented magazine will have multiple ads for this kind of hardware, or a Google search.

It's much easier to promise someone a "free" ride on the wagon than to urge them to pull it.
