i don't know for sure about the t-bird but usually the hub can be pressed out, i wouldn't put it past them to make it only available as a whole assembly, it's just like the crown vic lower control arms. ford doesn't offer the bushing for these seperately so you have to buy a whole new arm although the aftermarket makes replacement bushings, as for the t-bird i really can't say. i dont have much experience with them
