Better first find the weight of the engine and transmission, and whatever the body is to determine what is needed for frame and suspension, as well as the length and width of the body....Sounds way too heavy to use any of the normal Hot Rod parts......Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, Live for Today!
