How do you bag a 56Bel Air?

I have a 56 Bel air 4dr and want to bag it. I'm wondering how much it would cost. it doesn't have to be the best. just the most common way to bag a "Rat rod" i guess it would be called. Ive never done suspension work before and i want to do this myself so i need some help..lol

There are a few ways to do it. It can get expensive if you dont watch it. But for about 3000.00 you can have a nice riding air system that does what you want it too. I suppose you dont want to do alot of suspension mods? Also what size & wheels and tire combo are you looking to run? How low do you want to go?

Remember what you spend on your parts will equal what kind of trouble you will have later. So the cheaper you spend the more problems you will encounter. Trust me I have been doing air ride for a long time here in TN for a living and see it everyday.

Well to start,, what type of suspension is under the car now? all stock,, MM2, leafs on the back? coils? knowing that infromation would give folks a good starting point for ideas and how to go about getting this done,,

several ways to do this,, each has a different process and parts,,
