On my 53 Ford Trk I used a camaro IFS from a car w/the steering box in front of the x-member.(latter style)
For the rear I used Crysler 5th ave sw springs.
The trk was a excellant driver. DonDon Meyer, PhD-Mech Engr(48 GMC Trk/chopped/cab extended/caddy fins & a GM converted Rolls Royce Silver Shadow).
