    Front end question

I have a 429 just itching to get stuck into my lincoln, would the oringinal front end be sufficient or should I change it? What front end would you recomend and how much of a hassle would the swap be?
    Thanks in advance.

The lincolns motor should weigh around 600lbs and the 429 weighs in at 625lbs. It seems like the original front end should easily hold the extra weight, and the 429 would be lighter than the flatty with an aluminum intake to replace thew cast iron setup and steel headers to replace the cast iron ones.
