    70-81 f-body control control arms

Building a 53 f-100 that has a camaro sub frame. I want to run tubular ft. control arms but the selection is limited and the prices are crazy, will the 64-72 gm a body arms or nova arms work also? for some reason they are plentiful and much less expensive. Also I heard I can run a newer like 90's era f body gear box in that sub... Thanks

Nova stuff is different unless it's 75 and newer. Tubular arms should be plentiful as that subframe was a favorite of stock car builders for over 20 years..A body should be the same from 73-77 as well.. The steering boxes are similar on the 82-92 F body but you will probably have to change the pitman arm..As I recall if you want a quicker box the A body buick was the best one..
