Most folks are trying to lower their front end....
Is is sagging because of the additional weight on the front end? You should be able to find a ride height reference for the chassis and measure. If it is sagging, then new springs can bring it back somewhat but perhaps not a full 3 inches. Raising the ride height by using longer springs will upset the alignment and make the tires tilt in at the top.
Like LT1S10 said, use taller tires too.
OR....find the rare aluminum International front sheet metal that they made for a select few Super Stock racers in 1947.....
