I have been seeing alot if guys using camaro and nova front clips on the older ford trucks, It is probally of work grafting one to another like any swap but there are alot of companys making aftermarket parts for them like dropped spindles, narrowed control arms, headers is something to think about also
Take it easy, and if it's easy take it twice

Yes slick 60's is a great site! I am a member there and in a Ford club here in NC and we all have old 50's-80's Ford trucks. The guys all in it dont have their trucks lowered and know of the dropped beams only. The dropped beams just dont look like enough of a drop for me. It says it drops them 3 inches but in person you can barely tell it's been lowered and looks like only a 1 1/2 inch drop. I'd like to have a 4.5 inch drop in from and 4 1/2 in the back as well. I just think another NON I beam front end would ride much better, have better brakes, etc.

Corndog, I forgot the reason here but I hear the Nova and Camaro front clips will work but are not recommended. I think it's mentioned on Fordification.com I do not remember WHY they are not good but there is something about them that the site talks about. I would rather spend the extra 400 bucks or so and get the MII kit and buy the brakes for like 20 bucks at Advanced and 10 dollar GM calipers and find a manual rack and I have access to stock control arms with bushings and all in them already.
