which rear suspension set up? 65 Chevy Truck

I am going to take off the stock truck arm suspension. Which is best for a Street/strip set up. I will need some thing to handle 5-600 horses with no problem, and still need to drive on the street every now and then.Which is best?

i'd say work with the stock swing arm truck suspension and do some coilovers witha swaybar...some of the pro-mod chassis builders have been using a swingarm type rear for a few years...you already have it.
