You can get a disc brake conversion ket from Chevy Duty. Complete kit with rottors and calipers or just conversion parts.

I bought just the conversion kit and used 76 Monti Carlo rootors and calipers. I don't have it running yet but everything appears to be of good quality and well thought out.

Would like to know where you found a solid axel 53 GMC axel and spindles. I am in the market for one. Do you know of any other solid axels available?
