air ride
Ok, my brain is at about 50% but I will go ahead and shoot this by you guys. Just wondering what you guys think about putting air shocks on a mustang 2 front suspension . I am not talking about the new airride outfits but something like highjackers or whatever. I have seen a lot of different sizes and mounting configurations and believe I could do this .
One problem that I can think of right off the bat would be where the air line fits on the shock. This could be a problem
being that I would install these inside the coil springs and they could get pinched by the coil itself . Also it could be that the air shocks might be too big to fit inside a coil .
Perhaps I could do away with the coils all together
Anyway i just had to ask

Changed the shocks yesterday to OEM spec Monroe, they are still gas shocks. Disappointed that the ride is still very firm, it is not as bad but I was hoping for better. Might have something to do...
