When all else fails, use a bigger hammer but if that don't work how bout a hack saw, cuttin torch, plasma cutter, yanking on the shifter, heating the pin up slightly.
I' reall dont want to put heat to it . It a soft cast and would probley melt and look ugly and there only room in that cab for one ugly and thats the driver
