I dont even agree with the Sniffer. Cars beyond the 15yr point are the minority on todays roads. As such, it is a testiment to the mechanics and the drivers who own them that they are still around. I think that if a car has a good running engine, a Cat convertor and doesnt belch smoke or anything, then it should pass. I would hate to live in california
