since your master cyl is on the firewall and not under the floor. you don't need the residual valve. it is mainly used for the master cyl that are mounted under the floor. but still go with the proportional valve.
if your leg is getting tired you could go with a power booster. as far as your 9" rotors, they work but 11" are better
