Hi guys,
After trying to find some answers by reading prior posts I still need some help - Please.

I have a '35 Chevy tudor master sedan and attended my first Goodguys event here in CO this weekend, but came away confused (because of conflicting vendor or participant advice) regarding upgrading my brakes to a power system. The Mustang II front and Nova rear were obtained at a salvage yard and the brakes work but my leg needs help. Have a 7" dual diaphragm and Vette style master cyl which will be mounted high on the firewall.
The following are my questions:
1. Do I really need a 10 lb residual valve for the rear brake?
2. Do I really need to replace the 9" rotors with an 11" setup in order to stop well? And if so - whose product?, I think there may be more than just bottom line price to this choice?
- Is there anything else I should consider when upgrading? (am already doing braided lines because the old rubber ones are cracked)
Thank you in advance.

PS This is my first foray into street rodding and I love it - what a great bunch of folks met last weekend, and the cars - whew
