    Please Help With Frame Jig/Fixtures

I am deturmined to build a jig for my 32 frame. I am not even a decent welder, but I just have to take on this project.

Does anyone have a blue print for a Frame Jig, and also, I saw a Miller Maxstar 150 STH DC TIG/Stick Pkg. w/remote on Cyberweld.com for $1290.00 Does anyone know if this Tig welder is powerful enough for me to build my own jig, box my frame and install new cross member / X-Member?

    Thanks
