I bought plans on Ebay for suicide hinges and they are a pain. You can get the plans for about 10 bucks and take them to a machine shop for under a hundred bucks. Uless you've got a torch, welder, and a precision drill press, I wouldn't even mess with it. I tried with all of those, and still had no luck. If you're even just a little off, the hinges bind.
