Why sure it will ............... Just don't get the driver side and passenger sides mixed up. That happened to me once. I think it throws the steering geometry off."PLAN" your life like you will live to 120.

Yes the only difference is the thick or thin front oil pan rubber seal.

The 400 was a seventies engine. The driver side dip stick was run run from the 50's through the seventies. I am no sure the year of the right side change dip stick , but you should be fine.
