Here's the photo. It was a Mr. Gasket instead of a Hurst V-Gate. Excellent shifter, though.

It's a little hard to see from this angle, but I think you get the idea. Note that the clutch/brake assembly is welded to the frame. The brake pedal actuating rod goes directly into the master cylinder. I welded a stud onto the clutch fork, and used a clevis and rod assembly back to the clutch pedal. Of course, all this depends on where everything sits. This layout worked really well for me.
