exhaust leak
This is a pretty simple question but I thought I would ask anyhow.
The gasket that connects my headers to the collector is missing in spots. Other than the obvious increase in noise, what other effects could occur due to a less than perfect seal? Performance wise."Now bring me those cheese sandwich appetizers you talked me out of."

Rest assured that I'm not stupid because I bought the gaskets this morning and will be replacing them this evening.
And i shall be happy that I no longer suffer from insufficient back pressure. (insert joke here)
