Caswells gun is cheap but works well I hear. I have been talking to people that have it and they said it works great on smaller and bigger stuff. I am going to be making my own oven and bead blaster, etc on my own instead of buying them too. The lamps you are talking about aren't as good for curing, etc because it's not going to get as hot as fast, and to help the rays out you need some mirrors. I have a thing someone sent me that uses a Propane heater and mirrors and works better than the lamps. If you wan't that then let me know and I will find the material list really quick.
