Bob, What you say makes a lot of sense and I don't believe that there is a media outlet in this country that would be willing to delve into this issue in a complex manner. I do believe however that at the present time there is just not enough incentive for any of the major oil companies to pursue constructing new refineries regardless of the cost. If that was the case I would think that their lobbyists would be beating down doors even though all of the snail darters in this country would be lined up a**hole to bellybutton to stop them.
